Dear friends!

We are happy to inform you about the V International Piano Duo Competition in Bialystok (Poland), held in 18-24 September 2011. It is one of the most important event in music life in Poland and the biggest competition for piano duets in Eastern Europe, which causes constant interest among the audience and duets as well. This year there were 35 applicants from 16 countries. Jury selected 5 teams from Korea, Ukraine, Georgia and Russia to perform in the Final. After listening the third round Jury awarded the 2nd Prize and Prize for the best performance of the ‛Variations on Paganini’s Theme‛ by V.Lutoslavsky to our duet.
